Classic Peru Itinerary: Days 1 to 6 of 12

Day 1 LIMA - PARACAS
Breakfast in the hotel, 0730AM departure to Pisco by CRUZ DEL SUR bus, arrival and transfer to selected hotel. PM visit to the Paracas National Reserve.

Day 2 PARACAS - ICA - NAZCA
Early breakfast in the hotel, tour to the Ballestas Islands, then the journey will continue to Ica, visit to the Huacachina Lagoon, Regional Museum and artisnal wineries. The the journey continue to Nazca. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 3 NAZCA - CUSCO
Breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the airport, Nazca lines over flight, Chauchilla Cemetery and Gold and Ceramics workshops. Evening transfer to the CRUZ DEL SUR bus stop; departure to Cusco at 2100PM, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4 CUSCO
Breakfast in the bus, at 1000AM arrival in Cusco and transfer to the Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for acclimatization.

Day 5 CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS
Breakfast in the hotel; this full day tour heading through the Sacred Valley and coinciding with the market and fair day, will lead to the coloring market of Pisaq; afterwards the tour will continue toward Urubamba and to the Ollantaytambo Complex; lodging at Ollantaytambo in one of the cozies Hotels. Lunch.

Day 6 SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU
Early Breakfast. Transfer to the train station where you will head by train to the lost city of the Incas and Marvel of the New World: Machu Picchu. At Aguas Calientes you will take the bus that lead to the citadel of Machu Picchu, then guided visit of the main sectors,
lunch in Aguas Calientes, free time to walk the surroundings; afternoon return to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

Classic Peru Itinerary: Days 7 to 12 of 12

Day 7 CUSCO - PUERTO MALDONADO
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport, departure to Puerto Maldonado, transfer from the airport to the city pier. Arrival in the lodge, situated on the left bank of the Madre de Dios river. Mid-afternoon excursion to Monkey Island where one can observe up to five species of monkeys Night stroll along the riverbank to observe baby caimans (alligators) and other nocturnal animals. When the sky is clear, the stars of the Southern Hemisphere can be contemplated. Typical dinner in the dining room.

Day 8 PUERTO MALDONADO
Buffet-style tropical breakfast, An hour’s walk through the tropical forest. During the 3 km stretch one can appreciate plants, trees, some Batrachia (toads and frogs) and reptiles, a variety of birds and throughout the whole walk, dancing multicolored butterflies. At the end of the path, setting off by rowboat to glide along a canal through the marsh to solitary, magnificent Lake SANDOVAL.The lake offers extraordinary scenery of placid waters surrounded by palm, aguaje and other primary forest trees. Return to the lodge by boat.

Day 9 PUERTO MALDONADO - CUSCO
Buffet-style tropical breakfast in the dining room; return to the city of Puerto Maldonado, transfer to the airport, flight to Cusco, arrival and transfer to the hotel, day at leisure.

DAY 10 CUSCO - PUNO
Breakfast in the hotel, transfer to the bus station; departure to Puno by Tourist Class bus, stopping along the way to visit the tourist spots, PM arrival and transfer to your hotel in Puno.

Day 11 PUNO- JULIACA -LIMA
Breakfast in the hotel. Early tour to the Uros Floating Islands; return to Puno and transfer directly to the airport, on the way to the airport a brief tour to the Sillustani "Chullpas" at the shores of the Umayo Lagoon; return flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer
to the hotel.

Day 12 LIMA
Breakfast in the hotel, day at leisure; at proper time transfer directly to the airport and stand by for your Int'l flight.
